332 St Kilda Road
We have been engaged to complete the base building upgrade to this commercial office building which consists of Basement car park, end of trip facilities, ground floor lobby/café/office, levels 1 to 6 office floors and roof plant areas. The building upgrade is being updated to suit future tenancy fitouts with one of two tenancies per floor. We are pleased to be working alongside Built to deliver another successful project.

Morack Golf Course
This new state of the art complex incorporates Retail, Café and Commercial Kitchen, Events and Public use areas. The complex also includes a new Driving Range, Mini Golf and Kiosk. We are proud to have partnered with Buxton Constructions to deliver this job.

Lort Smith Campbellfield
A new single-story state of the art Animal Hospital facility was constructed in Campbellfield comprising a Clinic, Adoption Centre and Dog Park. The Clinic includes Dog & Cat wards, surgeries, exam rooms, meeting rooms, xray rooms, training rooms, quarantine rooms, veterinary offices, hospital cage areas & staff amenities. We were engaged to work alongside Building Engineering to deliver all the mechanical services, including BMS and Med gas.

Lort Smith North Melbourne
This building is an animal Emergency Hospital and animal clinic. An extension to the existing site has seen a new Accident & Emergency waiting area, Infectious exam, general, special procedure, x-ray, orthopaedic and training rooms, Dog & Cat wards, training rooms, quarantine rooms, hospital cage areas & staff amenities. We are working alongside a long term client, Building Engineering, to deliver mechanical services throughout the facility.

River Street South Yarra
This 8 level boutique commercial office building consists of basements, end of trip, retail facilities, ground floor lobby with retail tenancies and 8 floors of office space. The building is designed to achieve 5 Star Greenstar and NABERS ratings once operational. We will be working alongside Figurehead constructions for Alfasi properties to deliver this office building.

Decjuba Head Office
This project is a new office development for Decjuba which is located in Cremorne. This building consists of Ground floor carpark with BOH amenities, Sub-station, Foyer, and retail tenancy on ground floor, EOT facilities and 5 office floors. We are pleased to again be working alongside Figurehead Constructions to deliver this project.

This project is a statement piece for high end apartment living which is located on the Yarra River in South Yarra. This project consists of 7 buildings, basements and 42 high end apartments. We are pleased to be working alongside Hacer Group to deliver this project for CBUS property.

Belgrave Convention Centre
We have been engaged to assist with the upgrade of Belgrave Convention Centre. This development has added 52 rooms, common areas with lounge and meeting rooms, fully equipped commercial kitchen and large mess hall. We are pleased to be working directly for the client, Belgrave Convention Centre.

Clarendon Works
This custom-built office for our client’s new headquarters showcases a New York industrial design. This building consists of basement with car stacker, 3 levels of office space and meeting rooms. We are thrilled to be working along-side Tycorp to deliver this development.

St Francis Xavier College - Berwick
The new two storey public assembly school building consists of 24 classrooms, Resource Library Centre, Learning and Adjustment Centre along with other learning spaces. Working again alongside our friends at Devco we look forward to completing another successful project.

Victoria Hill
The project involves the construction of a mixed-use residential development located at 166 Victoria Road, Camberwell consisting of 26 high-end residential apartments over six (6) levels, 2 retail tenancies on ground floor including a Food & Beverage and Supermarket, 3 levels of basement carpark and Roof Plant. We look forward to working with Hacer to complete this magnificent project.

Melbourne Polytechnic
This project located at 20 Otter St Collingwood consists of the refurbishment of the existing 8 level building of approximately 10,276 m2 through extensive fit-out work, minimal remedial external works, Level 3 terrace plus demolition and making good of the television studio wing. Working again with the team at Building Engineering we look forward to delivering this project in the tight timeframe.

Ivanhoe Grammar School
Ivanhoe Grammar Aquatic and Wellness Centre will be constructed at the heart of the Plenty Campus and will serve as a vibrant hub for physical fitness, education and engagement. Our project scope comprises wellness centre including two new pools, change facilities, multipurpose room and a gymnasium. We again have the pleasure of working with the Building Engineering team on this project.

This project comprises the construction of an 8-storey commercial office building over a single basement level configured as Basement level - carpark, bike storage, waste room and services rooms, Ground level - main entrance, offices, EOT facility and services rooms, Level 1-7 - offices and amenities and Roof plant. We look forward to again working with the team at not your typical Cobild on this project.

Kambrya College
The project will look to upgrade and modernise the school including adding an additional 400 student spaces in permanent facilities to meet growing demand and will involve: • Construction of new 2 storey building (1700m2 each) containing 12 x classrooms, 4 x STEM and staff work spaces and amenities • Construction of 2 x new science classrooms and library space We are again working with the team at Devco on this project.

Our Lady of Sion College
Our Lady of Sion is a Catholic Girls School in Box Hill, which educates over 950 students across Year 7 to Year 12. The construction of STEAMD and Administration Centre will act as a Project and Design Hub, that will support innovation in the teaching of Science, Technology, Engineering Maths and the Arts and Design. Bourke Air are pleased to be partnering with Devco once again.

DOJ and DOHHS Office
The state of the art building will be located at 383 Nepean Highway in Frankston and will focus on delivering essential government services to Frankston and its neighbouring communities. It is being designed to achieve a 5.5-star NABERS rating. Bourke Air are extremely proud to be working with the team at Castlerock to deliver this project.

Highett Common BLDG G & J
Highett Common is a commercial residential development containing 2 off, 6 level residential apartment buildings with a shared basement carpark and common amenities located at ground floor. The development is the 1st Stage of a large precinct development at former CSIRO site in Graham Rd, Highett. We look forward to partnering with SK Construction for the first time.

Multi residential 18 Trentham St Sandringham is a mixed-use development consisting of 2 levels of basement carparks, medical suites, gymnasium/yoga, salon, treatment, swimming pool, cinema and BOH areas. Ground floor includes main lobby, bistro, games room, services and entrance to carparking. Level 1 to 4 includes high end residential apartments with roof top mechanical plant. We are delighted to work alongside Figurehead Constructions once again.

Monash Accommodation
The project, located at 40-44 Wellington Road Clayton, includes the construction of a residential development comprising basement car parking, amenities and services/authorities plant areas, ground to fourth level student accommodation rooms and communal spaces and rooftop services plant areas. We are delighted to work alongside GRC Buxton to deliver this project.

The project in Caulfield East is a new four-storey Learning Resource and STEM building which includes specialised STEM learning spaces including two large science laboratories, collaborative learning areas, rooftop garden space, staff, and student amenities. These works involve the construction of the Creativity Hub – Art Food Tech and Materials Technology which include commercial teaching kitchen, dining room, two domestic kitchens, wood working and metal working spaces, visual arts teaching spaces, media and technology teaching spaces, staff areas, meeting rooms and amenities. We are excited to work with Devco to deliver this project.
